In the event that a system must be returned for depot service, we will issue a Returned Material Authorization number for your reference. All products and systems returned to our Depot Service Center must be clearly marked with the Citadel-issued RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the shipping container.

Customers with products and systems that have sustained physical damage and/or are in clear need of factory service may submit an Online RMA Service Request using the form below. A technical representative will contact you promptly to obtain additional service information and issue an RMA number for your reference.
